MY NAME IS TOO LONG TO FLY!

i was trying to book a flight to leave vietnam as my visa was due to expire and the online booking system is so out of date and poorly serviced that my name being too long ended up wasting 15 minutes of time at the booking desk. im very annoyed as this is the third time this happend to me and the issue still isnt resolved
