SIXT Car Rental Scam | Dishonest & Despicable

I rented a car through Sixt in London. I have attached screenshots of the check out process and the car selection process. When checking out you can see that the total cost should be GBP261.10 for 4 days of car rental. After I returned the car before the time I said I would with a full tank, I was sent the final invoice which came to GBP 439.72. Apparently when you turn up to collect the car they make you sign a document that includes lots of other items such as mobility service, minimum excess LDW and Loss Damage Waiver. I was never told about these when I spoke with the agent. I never agreed to these and the agent never gave me any price or information about these. It is clearly Sharp Practice bordering on scam. I called up on 22 eptember to their hotline and spoke with Sara who agreed immediately to refund 50% of these charges to which I declined and said that I want full refund for these. She said that they can offer full refund but will need to put me through a level 2 customer service representative and I have been waiting for 32 minutes on the line now to speak to this person.Reference Information9604503878
